An AI receptionist for trades who takes the enquiry while you finish the job. Jessica gathers the customer’s details, postcode and what needs doing—so you can call back with useful information, not just a missed number.
You are under a sink, halfway through a repair or talking a customer through the work. The phone rings. Answering breaks your concentration; leaving it means another enquiry to chase with little idea what the caller needs.
Jessica gives the caller a first response and asks the questions you would want answered. What needs doing? Where is the property? How soon do they need help? What is the best number to reach them on?
You keep control of the work you accept, the prices you quote and the promises made in your name. We configure the call flow around your trade, your service area and the way you want to follow up.
Collect the fault as the customer describes it, the property postcode and callback details. Capture enough context for you to decide the next step, without guessing the diagnosis or quoting an unapproved price.
Ask what the customer wants done, where the work is and their preferred timescale. Agree any trade-specific questions so you can prepare for the conversation instead of starting from a blank voicemail.
Use your agreed urgency rules to route a call to the designated contact. Define what happens if they cannot answer, including the message and callback expectation. A transfer is not a promise that an engineer is on the way.
Gather the details outside your working hours, explain the agreed follow-up and leave you with a clear enquiry. Offer appointments only where a booking connection and your diary rules have been agreed.
Keep your existing tools. We agree which enquiries, records or appointments a connection should support.

Tell us what you already use. We assess access, permissions and the actions you need before confirming an integration. You can start with enquiry capture and agreed handover without connecting job-management software.
A managed setup with the right questions, handover and follow-up.
Your trade, service area, working hours, typical jobs and the questions that help you qualify an enquiry. Agree what Jessica can answer and what needs you.
We configure the greeting, job questions, urgency rules and handover. Try a quote enquiry, a customer chasing a visit and a call you cannot take immediately.
Agree how calls reach Jessica and how enquiries reach your team. Start the managed trial with a defined scope, then review real calls and refine the service together.
Bring us the call you wish you could have answered. Let’s build the right response.
Illustrative call: “I need a plumber to look at a leaking kitchen tap. I’m in your area and I’m usually home after four.”
Agree the questions Jessica should ask: the customer’s name and number, the job postcode, what is happening and when they are available. Your follow-up starts with the job context. The example is illustrative, not a customer testimonial or a promised booking.
A captured enquiry is not a confirmed job. Your team decides what work to accept, what to charge and when you can attend, unless specific booking permissions have been agreed. That gives the caller a useful next step without a promise you cannot keep.
Bring a quote request, a routine repair enquiry and a call that needs urgent attention to the managed 30-day trial. Check the questions, messages and handover before launch, then refine the service as you learn.
See current plans and pricing and agree call allowances, human handling, integration scope and any additional charges before starting. Explore AI and human reception if callers need more than enquiry capture.
Your number, your diary, your customers—here is how the service fits.
