1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Norango Ltd. ("Norango A.I.", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 07428552). Our registered office is at 9 St George's Yard, Castle Street, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7LW. By accessing our website at www.norango.ai or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Norango A.I. provides hybrid AI and human telephone answering services, including but not limited to: AI receptionist services powered by artificial intelligence, live human receptionist support, CRM and business system integration, lead capture and management, call handling and message taking, appointment scheduling, and the Jessica AI website widget. Services are provided subject to the plan selected by the client and any additional add-ons agreed in writing.

3. Free Trial

New clients may access a 30-day free trial of our services. A valid credit or debit card is required to commence a free trial. Your card will be saved securely via Stripe but will not be charged for the plan subscription fee during the 30-day trial period.

Trial minute allowance: All trial accounts receive a fixed allowance of 200 AI minutes during the 30-day trial period, regardless of the plan selected. If usage exceeds 200 minutes during the trial, overage charges will apply at 50 pence per minute (UK clients) or $0.65 per minute (US clients). Overage charges are collected at the end of the trial period and are payable regardless of whether the client continues with a paid subscription or cancels before day 31.

Day 31 automatic billing: On day 31, Stripe will automatically collect: (a) the first month's subscription fee at the rate of the plan selected at signup; and (b) any overage charges accrued during the trial period. If you cancel before day 31, the plan subscription fee will not be charged; however, any overage charges remain payable and will be collected at the point of cancellation or on day 31, whichever is earlier.

Norango A.I. reserves the right to withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Paid subscription plans are available on a monthly rolling basis. Prices are as published on our website at the time of subscription and are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Each plan includes a fixed number of AI minutes per month; usage above the included allowance is charged at the per-minute overage rate applicable to the plan. Integration setup fees are one-time charges payable in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

5. Integration Services

CRM and business system integration is available as an optional paid add-on and may be requested from day one of the trial. Integration fees are charged immediately via Stripe at the point of selection and are separate from the plan subscription fee.

Standard integrations (including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Zapier, Google Calendar, Calendly, and similar mainstream platforms) are available for a one-time setup fee of £295 (UK) / $369 (US). Custom or complex integrations (including bespoke CRM systems, custom-built platforms, and industry-specific software requiring custom API development) are available for a one-time setup fee of £495 (UK) / $619 (US) plus a monthly maintenance fee of £150 (UK) / $189 (US).

30-day money-back guarantee on integration: All integration packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the integration payment. If, at the end of the trial period, the integration has not performed as expected or the client decides not to continue with the service, a full refund of the integration fee will be issued upon written request to accounts@norango.ai. The money-back guarantee is subject to the client having provided all necessary API credentials and system access within 5 business days of payment. The guarantee expires 30 days from the date of the integration payment, regardless of when the trial period ends.

6. Payment Terms

Monthly subscription fees and any applicable overage charges are collected automatically via Stripe on the first day of each billing period (or on day 31 for trial conversions). Integration fees are charged immediately at the point of selection. In the event of a failed payment, Norango A.I. reserves the right to suspend services with 7 days' written notice and to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. All charges are processed in GBP for UK clients and USD for US clients.

7. Cancellation

Trial cancellation: You may cancel your free trial at any time before day 31 by logging in to your account portal at portal.norango.ai and selecting "Cancel Trial". If you cancel before day 31: (a) no plan subscription fee will be charged; (b) any overage charges accrued above the 200-minute trial allowance remain payable and will be collected by Stripe at the point of cancellation or on day 31, whichever is earlier.

Paid subscription cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via your account portal at portal.norango.ai or by emailing accounts@norango.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months already charged. Integration setup fees are non-refundable after the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired.

Auto-renewal: All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly rolling basis. You will receive a reminder email at least 2 days before your trial converts to a paid subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Norango A.I. is not liable for charges incurred where cancellation notice was not received before the renewal date.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with the operation of our services, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. Norango A.I. reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Norango A.I. website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Norango Ltd. and is protected by UK and international copyright law. The "Jessica" AI receptionist character, voice, and associated branding are proprietary to Norango Ltd.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norango A.I. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Data Protection

Norango A.I. processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Norango A.I. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
