International & multilingual reception
International numbers. Local conversations. One intelligent reception.
Enter new markets with local business numbers and a managed multilingual reception route, subject to availability, qualification and local requirements.
A local number is only the start of the journey.
International business numbers can give a customer a familiar point of contact. NORANGO designs the number, configured language route, reception approach, routing rules and useful internal outcome as one managed service.
Test the market before you build the office.
Start with the country, campaign and customer conversation. We assess the appropriate number category, availability and local requirements, then agree the language journey, destination and useful outcome for your team.
Your customer speaks naturally. Your team receives clarity.
NORANGO can configure suitable customer-language routes across 70+ conversational languages. A suggested language is shown for each source-listed market, while the final language, voice and handover route are agreed around the customer and service. Relevant information can be captured, transcribed and delivered in English for a UK or English-speaking team.
This gives an English-speaking team a practical way to manage routine international enquiries without making every colleague fluent in every target language. It does not replace specialist legal, medical, contractual or other professional translation.

Country & language qualification.
Access to an international inventory covers more than 30,000 numbers across 110 countries. A listed market is not an immediate provisioning guarantee: number availability, eligibility, documentation and local regulatory requirements are checked during setup. Country and language are considered separately. Suggested language labels are configured route recommendations, not automatic country settings.
Europe is one market divided into 24 languages.
Each route is configured around the target market, appropriate customer language, number availability and local requirements. Europe remains commercially connected, while each country and customer conversation still needs its own considered route.
International reception, answered clearly.
Can I get a local number in another country?
NORANGO can assess an appropriate international number route for your target market. Access is subject to availability, eligibility and local regulatory requirements, which are checked during setup.
Which countries are available?
The current upstream international inventory covers more than 30,000 numbers across 110 countries. The Country Explorer is a starting point for qualification; availability is confirmed for your specific market and use case during setup.
Does Jessica speak different languages?
With the available conversational voice inventory, NORANGO can configure suitable customer-language routes across 70+ languages. The final language, voice and handover approach are agreed for each service; a country does not automatically determine a single language.
Can callers speak to Jessica in their own language?
Jessica can conduct a caller interaction in configured supported languages. The selected conversation, voice and handover approach are scoped around the language route your business needs.
Can the call be translated into English for my team?
Yes. As part of a configured service, NORANGO can capture or transcribe the conversation and provide the relevant information in English for your UK or English-speaking team. This is not a substitute for specialist legal, medical or contractual translation.
Can my English-speaking staff manage enquiries from foreign-language callers?
Yes. The value of a configured multilingual route is that a caller can be handled in the appropriate supported language while the useful internal message or next action can be presented clearly to your English-speaking team.
Can responses be sent back in the customer’s language?
Where the agreed workflow provides for it, NORANGO can support an appropriate response in the customer’s configured language, including written channels such as email or SMS. This is configurable rather than automatically included with every service.
Can different countries route to different departments?
Yes. A managed call journey can be designed around the number dialled, target market, configured language, department, live reception, Jessica, an individual colleague or another agreed destination.
Can one international number go to AI and another to live reception?
Yes. International numbers can form different agreed journeys. One market route may lead to Jessica, another to NORANGO live reception, and another directly to your own team or on-call destination.
Can we route calls differently outside office hours?
Yes. International call journeys can follow different approved rules during your business hours, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, closures and other time-based situations.
Can I test a new market before opening an overseas office?
Yes. The service is designed to help businesses create a local communications entry point, test customer demand and manage the resulting enquiries centrally. It does not create a physical office or legal establishment in that country.
Do I need a local address to obtain a number?
Requirements vary by country and number type. Local documentation, company evidence, identity checks or address evidence may apply. NORANGO checks the relevant conditions as part of qualification.
Can I have numbers in several countries?
Yes, subject to the availability and qualification requirements for each route. We can help you consider the intended market, number category, language journey and team destination for each country.
Can international calls still reach my UK team?
Yes. A central UK team can receive agreed messages, context, handovers or routed calls from international enquiry routes. The exact delivery and escalation approach is set around your operating process.
Can NORANGO provide toll-free, national, mobile or geographic numbers?
The underlying international inventory includes local or geographic, national, mobile, toll-free and metered categories. The appropriate type and its country-specific availability are assessed during setup rather than guaranteed in advance.
